ORDER OF CORRECTION
The Memorandum Opinion of the court, filed on July 23, 2013, is hereby corrected as follows:
1. On page 3, in third line above Section "C", the word "was" should be replaced with "were" so that as corrected, the text reads: "... payment date for the agreement of sale and the lease term were extended several times . . . ."
2. On page 7, in the twelfth line, the word "of" should be inserted between the words "favor" and "Defendants" so that as corrected, the text reads: ". . .in favor of Defendants."
